Our role consists of paying very close attention to the type of meeting you wish to have. Our actual aim is to arrange everything surrounding your meeting, in order to make your guests feel at ease. We do so by assessing the level of formality your meeting will entail, as well as the general profile of the guests you will be receiving, enabling our staff to adjust their activities to your individual wishes.

Subsequently, we will tailor the meeting to the exact specifications as stated. This may be expressed openly, in the choice of music for instance, but generally, these changes will be more subtle in nature, such as the manner of serving dishes, or the protocol for addressing the guests.

Our purpose is to apply this approach to all facets of The Boardroom, and to continue elevating our service to such levels of perfection that you, our satisfied guest, will not even notice our efforts.
